The History of Finchley County School

In 2006, the late Sir Leslie Sharp wrote, collated and published a book called The History of Finchley County School. It was printed in very limited numbers and soon sold out. A second print run was commissioned and it, too, has long since sold out. We have had numerous requests for copies, but the diminishing number of potential purchasers made it financially too risky to reprint. Thanks to the kindness of the Chairman of the OFA, Godfrey Mann, we have received, 'disassembled' and scanned the book to PDF, which is now available for download via the link below. Furthermore, it is searchable to make it easier to find a particular subject or person. It would be most useful if you would be so kind as to email us (please see the contact tab) to let us know if you have successfully downloaded the book. Short comments (or even long ones, come to that) are also welcome, and we would be delighted to include them here. Enjoy!
