Our Mission
Originally, our primary raison d'être was to promote and encourage attendance at 'our year' reunions, and hopefully allow our classmates from school to keep in touch. However, all former pupils and staff from all years are very welcome, indeed encouraged, to participate with articles, photographs or any other contributions that may be of interest to FCS people.

About FCS
Finchley Higher Elementary School had its foundation stone laid in September 1903, becoming Finchley County School in 1910. FCS continued until 1971 when it amalgamated with Manorside and Hillside to form Finchley Manorhill School. The building ceased to be a school in 1984 and after being used for teacher training was eventually sold for redevelopment. It was demolished in 2003 and replaced by a modern building based on the style of the original school.
